Disclosure of the right of withdrawal
Purchases made on Cantina Sassarini’s website http://www.cantinasassarini.com are subject to Legislative Decree 206/05, which guarantees you the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.
Conditions of the right of withdrawal:
– The purchased property must be intact.
– The right of withdrawal is reserved only for individuals, therefore excluding purchases made by retailers or individuals who, in any capacity, purchase for resale to third parties.
– Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
– Upon arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined for damage or tampering (the integrity of the returned goods is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal), therefore we recommend the utmost care when preparing the package, for example using the original packaging.
– To exercise this right you must send us a communication to this effect, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods and send us the goods within a further 15 days.
Procedure to be followed
– Send an email to shop@cantinasassarini.com containing the declaration that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, indicating the following data:
• Order number and order date
• Invoice number if available
• Which products are subject to withdrawal
• Your bank details (IBAN code)
Next, you must wait for our communication authorizing the return.
Upon receipt of this communication, you must return the returned goods within a further 15 days to the address:
Cantina Sassarini, Località Pian del Corso 1, 19016 Monterosso al Mare (SP).
Cantina Sassarini undertakes to reimburse the customer within 15 working days of receiving the goods and provides for the credit to the Customer of the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the invoice. The above amount does not include shipping costs. This is in accordance with art. 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999.
